1. Who we are

2. What data does the app process?
None leaves your phone. Your answers, scores, mistakes, language and study streak are stored only on your device. The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect this website.
3. Advertising and analytics
The app shows no ads and contains no advertising or analytics SDK. It does not use the advertising ID.
4. In-app purchase
"Premium" is bought through Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
5. Your rights
Uninstalling the app deletes all data it stored on your device. Questions about your data: write to us (section 8).
6. Children
The app is a study tool for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
7. Content
EPA 608 Prep is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or any certifying program. The questions are written by us from the Clean Air Act Section 608 rules (40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F) and the EPA test topics. Always check the current rules.
